The United States of America is the longest standing republic of modern time. We have unique geography, unique mixture of ethnic backgrounds, unique foundational philosophy. Certainly, this country is not perfect, but after having travelled to some 12 or more nations, I have no desire to transfer my citizenship elsewhere.
